    To make our digital customer experience more robust, we have refreshed the design of our website homepage. Analytics show us where users are searching for information, which pages they are going to the most often and which pages they are spending the most time on. We have identified the pages have the highest traffic and we have moved links to these pages onto our homepage for easy customer access. We’ve also created content specific to our customers’ roles, so whether they are a high school administrator, an office manager, a CIO or a production print shop owner, we speak their language and offer subsequent pages that educate them about their unique business challenges and then offer seamless solutions.

    PricewaterhouseCoopers’ “Breakthrough Innovation and Growth Report,” the largest and most comprehensive study of its kind, explored innovation from a global, multi-sector perspective.

    The results show that the most innovative 20% of companies have already grown at a rate 16% higher than the least innovative. This means that, on average, each of the most innovative companies delivered a quarter of a billion dollars of additional revenue over the past three years, compared with the least innovative (Shelton & Percival, 2013). By interviewing more than 1,500 executives, PricewaterhouseCoopers found there was a clear correlation between innovation and growth. They isolated several key components to identify what the most innovative companies were doing compared to the least innovative. The report’s findings line up closely with the strategies of the Konica Minolta Business Innovation Center North America.

    I travel on a very-frequent basis to support Konica Minolta. I am a road warrior by definition and have all the credentials to prove it: Global Status on United Airlines and Platinum Elite with Marriott.   In order to achieve and maintain this status level, I travel anywhere between 150-200K miles per year with United Airlines and stay 75+ nights with Marriott.     On July 9, 2014, we held the Print Production Technology Showcase and Blueprint for the Future at our New York City Customer Engagement Center.

    This event allowed industry media and analysts the opportunity to see our flagship digital color production printer bizhub PRESS C1100, plus our top-of-the-line monochrome bizhub PRESS 2250P and our high-volume color bizhub PRESS C1085. It also gave media and analysts the opportunity to hear success stories and speak directly with our early-placement customers of the bizhub PRESS C1100, all of whom gave glowing reviews about our signature production printer.
