  • When an award is won, there are always individuals who are not in the forefront but provide the necessary support for the win to occur. For example, in order for a Super Bowl MVP to be named, the entire team needs to be in sync with one another; if the quarterback wins the award (which is most often the case) the offensive line has to block and receivers have to catch the ball. A movie cannot win an Oscar for best picture without a team of talented actors, writers, directors, cinematographers and a marketing team. And, Konica Minolta Business Solutions could not have been awarded the recent Buyers Laboratory Inc (BLI) PaceSetter Award For The Legal Vertical without the support of many individuals. (more…)

As a Konica Minolta Philosophy Ambassador I was fortunate to attend the Transform Award and Business Contribution Award (TA/BCA) ceremony in Hachioji, Japan this summer. , President and Chief Executive Officer

A student at the University of San Diego, she participates in the school’s International Study program, which has given her the opportunity to live and learn in Florence, Paris, London and Cork. During her time in each city, she will have hands-on experience with international perspectives and cultures in preparation for her role as a global citizen.

As a business leader, I see parallels with Konica Minolta’s place in a globally complex world. While the company headquarters are in Japan, less than 10,000 of our employees work there. The majority of our 41,800-strong workforce is spread across the globe, including our own North American headquarters here in Ramsey, NJ. (more…)
